TrophyUSA first opened its doors in June, 1999, at Stonybrook Shopping Center on Capital Blvd, Raleigh. We are proud to have built a strong reputation and loyal customer base ever since. Our emphasis has been on quality and customer service, and we are very proud of our track record.
We moved the business into our home in Cary, North Carolina, in January 2005, and our ongoing goal is to make our online site as functional as possible without losing the personal touch our customers have always come to rely on. Not having the storefront gives us the flexibility to come meet you on your schedule. We also welcome your visits, just call to schedule so we can be sure to be available!
TrophyUSA.com has no geographical bounds! We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx, to customers from East Coast to West Coast!(We do NOT ship overseas, however.)
We don't have any set-in-stone hours of operation since we don't operate from a commercial showroom so we are very flexible. The best ways to reach us are via email directly to sales@trophyusa.com or leave us a voicemail message. We PROMISE to get back to you. Our phone and fax numbers are listed on every page of this site, in the top right corner. We always check phone messages, even during off hours, and are available via email 24/7. As part of our commitment to customer service, we have met customers and delivered many an order in the evening and on weekends.

TrophyUSA.com lifts customer service to a new level. We seek new and different products to fill YOUR needs, adding equipment as needed but always combining the technology and accessibility of the internet with a superior quality product offering and outstanding personal customer service at an affordable price.
OUR STAFF
Owner Lisa Higginbotham has 17 years experience in high end quality commercial printing. A Duke graduate (and avid Duke basketball fan - yes, even on the off years!), Lisa's background in printing began in layout and design, so plaques that go out our doors have to pass some stringent quality tests. Years of working with color and customer service have tied in well with the TrophyUSA.com mandate to go higher than the norm with all our product. Not wanting to be bored by carrying the same product year after year, Lisa has guided the company into color sublimation, gift markets, laser, and in 2006 we moved into sand carving to do glass and stone in house! Engraving, marketing, and the website are Lisa's main projects at the moment.
POLICIES
SHIPPING We normally ship via UPS or USPS, whatever is the best way to get your order to its destination, in the most cost effective and timely manner. We charge $2.50 handling on small orders, mainly USPS, above and beyond our cost, to cover time and materials. On UPS shipments and any box shipments we charge $3.50 handling per box, plus our shipping cost. There is no handling charge on local orders picked up or delivered - this only applies to orders shipped.
LOCAL DELIVERIES are FREE on orders $75 and up. We are all over the Raleigh, Cary and RTP areas so we try to coordinate those deliveries with your needs. Another Customer Service item!
PAYMENT We have linked all our online stores to secure payment processing services so you can feel confident paying online. Our policy is to not order any parts until payment is received, so this is the best way to get your order in the works! We can also email you an invoice from our own new Quickbooks accounting system with links for online payment -- this is often done when the online order requires additional services not prebilled by the built-in order system. We do not have any extended payment terms or purchase order systems except for established corporate customers with pre-existing payment arrangements. However, most of our corporate customers use their credit card and this keeps everyone happy!
